You can find us on Broad Oak Road, which links up with the A28 to the north of the town. From Junction 7 of the M2, you can follow the A2 to join up with the A28, and our welcoming dealership is just two and a half miles away. Those travelling from Sittingbourne and Faversham can reach us in less than half an hour, while Ramsgate and Margate are no more than a 40-minute drive away. If arriving by train, you can get off at Sturry Hill station and be at our door after a swift five-minute taxi journey.

COMPLAINTS HANDLING

If you are not satisfied with any response we have a complaint handling procedure that you can use to resolve matters. If you are still not satisfied following the conclusion of this procedure, the Motor Codes Advisory and Conciliation Service will offer free impartial advice and, when appropriate, an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service that we are fully committed to in the event that you are not satisfied with the outcome of a dispute.
